Staff Accountant - Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our team in Whitley County, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and tax entries to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLookup).
