- Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely distribution of invoices to department heads and accurate coding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, reviewing account status and addressing inquiries.
- Prepare, review, and enter payroll accounting entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze payroll variances and provide comprehensive reporting support.
- Assist with month-end financial reports and regulatory compliance.
- Process deposits and manage cash flow effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
