- Oversee all accounts payable and receivable processing, including the generation of aging reports.
- Supervise and coach two direct reports, helping them grow in their roles.
- Prepare accurate journal entries and conduct thorough bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Four to six years of experience in accounting and supervisory roles.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and familiarity with major ERP systems.
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
