Overview Of The Role

• Lead and manage audits in compliance with Yellow Book (Government Auditing Standards).
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for non-profit/government entities.
• Develop and implement audit strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for financial best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior audit staff.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA preferred (or equivalent certification).
• 5 years of audit experience with a focus on non-profits or government agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Yellow Book standards and governmental accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
