Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries, including FMLA, disability, and other absences.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave administration.
  • Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and leave data.
  • Provide employee education and support regarding benefit options and leave policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for benefits and leave management.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and compliance.

    • Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of benefits administration and leave laws, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Salary : $60,000-$64,000
