Position : Order Entry and Billing Administrator

- Process approximately 35 orders daily using Great Plains, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Monitor and manage the shared email inbox to receive, match, reconcile, and invoice orders.
- Verify delivery slips, identifying missing or incorrect part numbers, and liaise with the sales team for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and reliable order entry transactions through daily receipt of orders via email and fax systems.
- Perform daily invoicing based on proof of delivery (POD) documentation from all seven locations.
- Match invoice packets with PODs and customer POs, reconciling to ensure accurate billings.
- Email invoices promptly to customers' accounts payable departments. Preferred Qualifications for the Order Entry and Billing Administrator :
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Proven experience in invoicing or order entry, ideally using Great Plains or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily transactions while maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with order entry and invoicing processes is highly desirable. Salary : $39,500.00 to $42,500.00
