Job Overview
Title : Business Intelligence Analyst
Compensation : $80,000 - $95,000
Work Environment : Onsite (5 days)

Business Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Work within a SQL database to gather raw data and create various dashboards for executive employees
- Communicate cross-functionally with various department heads and assist them with reports in various areas
- Provide sales team visual reports and strategic guidance assisting them with growing the business
- Manage, update, cleanse, validate, and ensure quality of data
- Create dashboard and other data visualizations using SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- Respond to marketing and sales requests for data reports, as needed
- Analyze data and identify risk and room for improvement to executive employees
- Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor or associates degree in data analytics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analytics and creating dashboards
- Experienced with visualization tools including PowerBI to create unique, clear, and powerful dashboards and reports
- Ability to communicate and present to C-level employees at a high level
- Skilled within SQL databases, Excel VBA, PowerBI, and data ETL
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive to help the company continue to grow
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience within the Ecommerce space
