A great client in the senior living space is looking for a Business Office Manager. This is a repeat client and that offers a great work environment! The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency in administrative, financial, and human resource functions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage office staff, implement policies, and maintain financial records.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Office Manager :
Oversee administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain financial records, process invoices, and manage budgeting and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
Serve as the liaison between management, employees, vendors, and clients.
Coordinate human resource functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruitment support.
Qualifications of the Business Office Manager :
Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software).
