Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Compensation : 70K-75K

    • What will the Business Systems Analyst do?

  • Provide day-to-day support for the company's ERP system, Vista by Viewpoint, troubleshooting issues and identifying process improvements
  • Work closely with the Database Administrator to manage system enhancements, reporting tools, and data analysis
  • Assist in rolling out new applications and support system implementations across multiple company locations
  • Conduct root cause analysis, optimize workflows, and support ongoing IT-based projects
  • Facilitate end-user ERP training and work on documentation for system processes

    • What the company needs in a Business Systems Analyst

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Background in analytics, business intelligence, computer science, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL and ERP systems (preferred but not required)
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for training support and system rollouts
