Pay : $21-$23 / hour We are currently looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to join our clients team! This is not your typical call center role - you will act as a virtual teller, utilizing your banking knowledge to assist customers with their account-related inquiries, guiding them through our platform, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with banking-related questions, providing support across multiple channels
- Virtual teller duties, without the need for cash handling
- Utilize banking platforms to assist customers effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with a team of 8 to meet goals and ensure high-quality service
- Handle customer issues, escalating as needed, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
