Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.
Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management.
Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to drive strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in Manufacturing.
Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
Experience working with investors and other external stakeholders, and managing M&A activities.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
