Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Handle general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records with precision.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Support the CFO with financial analysis, budgeting, and operational insights.
Requirements:
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in AP & AR.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
