Job Summary for Client Executive :
Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Client Executive (Commercial Sales) to join their growing team in the insurance industry. This role combines sales, account management, and business development to drive client satisfaction and growth. The ideal candidate is client-focused, excels at building and maintaining relationships, and has a strong desire to succeed. While a Property and Casualty License is not required upon hire, a willingness to obtain it is essential. Key Responsibilities for Client Executive :
- Sales and Account Management : Manage a portfolio of clients, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Client Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and support staff, to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on insurance products, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Property and Casualty Licensing : Commit to obtaining the Property and Casualty License within a designated timeframe.
