Responsibilities of the Collections and Customer Service Specialist

  • Responsible for the collections of their customers and products.
  • Handling a manageable volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Data entry and updating customer information.

    • Requirements for the Collections and Customer Service Specialist

  • Proven data entry experience and needs to be comfortable talking on the phone.
  • Prior collections experience is a plus.
  • Proficient typing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications.
