Key Responsibilities : Controller / Financial Analyst

  • Oversee all accounting / finance functions, financial reporting, and site compliance.
  • Oversee the General Ledger, accruals, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and cash management.
  • Conduct financial analysis on costs, labor, and performance metrics.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • The Controller / Financial Analyst will oversee and develop a small team

    • Qualifications & Requirements : Controller / Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
