Controller - Onsite in Bristol, IN
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Controller who can own our accounting operations, streamline processes, and deliver rock-solid financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Owning & executing accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, payables, purchasing, and reconciliations.
Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing strategic insights to leadership.
Leveraging public accounting expertise to enhance internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy.
Implementing best practices to optimize accounting functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborating with leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth and financial health.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus).
2 years of public accounting experience, knowing GAAP inside and out.
Strong technical skills in journal entries, AP/AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, and purchasing.
Analytical mindset to interpret financials and provide actionable insights.
