About the Role and Company
- The ideal candidate will be the primary point-of-contact for selected clients, supporting them through various requests and issues.
- You will work closely with Field Managers on operational matters and provide support to all departments within the organization.
- Responsibilities include scheduling project crews for services, training, and deliveries, as well as creating and closing work orders for Regional spreadsheets and Project Crew schedules.
- You will also act as a customer liaison for follow-ups and customer service issues, updating corresponding client systems to ensure accurate tracking and billing of services performed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- A strong customer service background is essential for this role.
