BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

  • Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000 per year
  • PTO : 15 days starting

    • RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE LEAD DEVOPS ENGINEER

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers while providing technical guidance
  • Design and implement scalable AWS infrastructure and automation solutions
  • Manage CI / CD pipelines and ensure best practices in DevOps methodologies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
  • Provide expert-level production support and implement monitoring solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation

    • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE LEAD DEVOPS ENGINEER

  • Proven leadership experience in DevOps with strong AWS expertise
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation)
  • AWS certifications highly desired
