Employment Type : Full-Time, Exempt | Salary : $90,000 - $125,000 DOE About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Accounting Services to lead our clients accounting team, oversee financial operations, and manage client relationships. This role requires expertise in nonprofit or public accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and grant compliance ( 2 CFR 200 ).
• Oversee client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Streamline accounting processes and maintain compliance.
• Support business growth and optimize accounting technology.
