Key Responsibilities for the Director of Risk Management :

Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to protect the organization's assets and reputation.

Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and strengthen internal controls.

Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on risk-related issues.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.

Collaborate with external auditors and legal teams to maintain compliance standards.

Qualifications for the Director of Risk Management :

10 years of experience in a Director of Risk Management role or similar leadership position.

Strong knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation techniques, and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Salary : $130,000-$150,000
