This person will be working in the Queens and Brooklyn area with 5 schools

Role Responsibilities- Manager of Employee Relations

Providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5 schools including investigations, and talent management issues

Managing HR administration, employment verifications, case management

Advising schools in conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee related items

Working with ADP Workforce now

Preferred Qualifications- Manager of Employee Relations

4 years of relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to commute to 5 schools (train or car)

Knowledge in ADP Work Force
