About the Role and Our Client:
We are seeking a motivated and organized entry-level HR professional to support our dynamic HR team at a growing company. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.
- Assist with benefits administration and other HR-related tasks.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping.
