About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Epicor System Analyst to add to the IT department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Epicor Kinetic ERP System including database management, report writing, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities of the Epicor Analyst :
- Manage applications and SQL databases.
- Handle patches, updates, and version upgrades.
- Support dashboards, SSRS, Crystal, and customizations.
- Troubleshoot Epicor issues with support and external consultants.
- Automate and schedule Epicor exports / reports; script renaming and moving reports.
- Create and assist with MS SQL queries for Power BI.
- Handle database backups and transfers.
- Prepare detailed program specifications and identify inputs.
- Address issues / requests for Epicor and Power BI platforms.
- Manage business intelligence dashboards and datasets.
