About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's tight-knit accounting team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data and working closely with the Finance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Complete and review financial documents and reports to guarantee accuracy.
- Provide administrative support as needed to the Finance team.
- Compile and track quarterly lender reports.
- Ongoing duties may include additional tasks assigned by the Finance team leader.
Requirements for Success
- A minimum of three years' experience in bookkeeping for a medium-to-large-sized organization is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills are essential.
