About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Part Time Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing process in Salesforce/QuickBooks Online
Calculate and remit sales tax
Assist with reconciliations
Process payroll for 94 employees across 3 locations
Manage payroll accruals
Handle payroll for 3rd party vendors
Assist with booth profitability analysis (over 200 booths)
Other ad-hoc accounting projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience: 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Salesforce preferred
Excellent data entry and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
