- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial schedules and Excel spreadsheets for audits and inquiries.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional Excel skills (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
