Job Description:
- Manage core financial operations including preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate records.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely vendor payments and proper handling of invoices.
- Manage cash flow and bank transactions.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, track equipment expenditures, and handle sales tax filings and year-end reporting requirements.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and audits, including balance sheet verification, insurance policy reviews, and BWC compliance checks.
- Support strategic planning through comprehensive financial reporting, while providing necessary administrative assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is strongly preferred.
