Overview of the Financial Planning and Analysis Role :

  • Monitor KPIs, prepare variance analysis and ad hoc financial reports
  • Prepare detailed budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial modeling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations department and executive leadership for strategic planning
  • Make recommendations and assist with implementation of process improvements

    • Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Planning and Analysis role :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

    • Location : This role is 100% onsite in Dunlap, IN Salary : $87,000 - $97,000 depending on experience
