Job Description:
The Director of Business Performance Analysis will play a key role in supporting the corporate FP&A team at Creative Financial Staffing. This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including spreadsheet development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Presents financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- ~6 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
- ~ S. in Finance or Accounting.
- ~ Advanced Excel & business modeling skills required.
