Lead Accountant / Bookkeeper Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our award-winning CPA firm in North Austin or Georgetown. Our company culture is relaxed and collaborative, with a flexible work schedule that includes two days in-office and three days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and deliver key performance indicator reports to our leadership team.
- Manage daily financial transactions and posting processes with precision.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile ledgers regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processing for approximately 25 employees.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least three years of experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial statement preparation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in ADP Payroll Processing.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel.
