Title ABOUT THE COMPANY :

  • CFS is working with a national non-profit organization here in Manhattan, looking to have a Gift Processing Coordinator join the team!
  • Their mission focuses around connecting the passions of Americans to the talent at one of the world's most distinguished academic and research institutions
  • This role will be fully on site; the organization has very generous PTO and benefits!

OVERVIEW OF THE GIFT PROCESSING COORDINATOR ROLE :

  • Communication, trouble shooting, customer service, getting on the phone, making sure checks are addressed to the right person
  • Gift processing, volume can range from 50-300 donations a week
  • Scanning checks into the bank, making sure they're deposited and coding them correctly into the system

    • QUALIFICATIONS OF THE GIFT PROCESSING COORDINATOR :

  • Gift processing experience is a plus
  • Accounts payable experience is a plus
  • Customer service experience is a plus
