    • Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities :

  • Post new job reqs, manage job postings, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Onboard new employees, including coordinating background checks, drug screens, references, and scheduling New Hire Orientation
  • Ensure timecards are received and approved in a timely fashion, make corrections to timecards as necessary
  • Track information and maintain attendance, referral, and safety incentive programs
  • Assist with organizing employee events and holiday celebrations
  • Assist the HR manager with additional projects as necessary

    • Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator :

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • 2 years of human resources experience
  • Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with a timekeeping system or in the manufacturing industry will be highly valued

    • Location : This role is 100% onsite in North Liberty, IN Salary : $40,600 - $48,600 depending on experience
