Job Title: IT Analyst ERP Systems and Development

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled IT Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP systems. In this role, you'll focus on developing user interfaces, enhancing program functionalities, and creating vital technical documentation. Your technical expertise will directly impact the way we serve both internal teams and external customers. You ll also support various IT projects and initiatives as guided by the Director of Information Technology.
What You ll Do:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to gather insights and develop solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards: Manage, create, and optimize various reports and ERP dashboards to help our teams make data-driven decisions.
- Support Program Enhancements: Provide ongoing support for the development and improvement of ERP programs, ensuring optimal performance.
- API Integration: Design and manage the development of API endpoints to facilitate seamless data integration across systems.
- Create Technical Documentation: Document technical processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business resilience.
- Provide support across other IT functions as needed, helping the team stay agile.
- Contribute to physical inventory assessments at company locations, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
