Junior Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities of the Junior Accounting Analyst :

  • Resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Ensure that invoicing coding is accurate.
  • Post payments in the system.
  • Communicate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, and Finance to gather information for billing.

    • Qualifications of the Junior Accounting Analyst :

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Internship experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer support skills
  • NetSuite or Salesforce experience are a plus
  • Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)
