RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEDICAL SCHEDULER :

The Medical Scheduler will coordinate patient scheduling by :

Promptly responding to inbound faxes from providers

Reaching out to patients on the phone to intake and schedule appointments

Perform data entry while speaking with patients and verify insurance is in-network

The Medical Scheduler will also answer phones, triage patient needs, and schedule appointments

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE MEDICAL SCHEDULER :

Medical scheduler must have experience in the medical industry

Strong phone skills and computer acumen is essential in this position

Problem-solving skills and desire to work autonomously

Preferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work with others

Salary : $41,000 - $50,000
