Salary : $90k to $150k total compensation package depending on experience

Role : Includes, but is not limited to

Support Multiple Facilities : Oversee network operations for 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.

Research and Recommend Solutions : Analyze current network infrastructure, research, and recommend a suite of network solutions to move away from Cisco systems.

Collaborate with Systems Engineers : Work closely with Systems Engineers to integrate network solutions with overall IT strategy.

Occasional Travel : Travel overnight occasionally within the first year to different facilities for on-site support and implementation.

What We're Looking For : Requirements :

Network Engineering Expertise : 6 years of experience in network engineering with a strong track record of supporting multiple facilities.

Research and Analytical Skills : Ability to research, analyze, and recommend network solutions.

Cisco Migration Experience : Experience in transitioning from Cisco systems to alternative network solutions.

Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.

Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders.

Collaborative Spirit : Personable and able to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field

Experience in Manufacturing : Familiarity with network needs in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Large Organizations : Experience working as a network engineer within a company with over 1000 employees.

Project Management Skills : Experience managing network projects from conception to implementation.

Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
