Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure smooth office management. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors for tax filings and audits.
  • Maintain office efficiency and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
