Office Manager:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee office operations, HR functions, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient business operations by maintaining financial records, handling employee relations, and supporting administrative needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Manage HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Support administrative functions and office communications.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in office management, HR, payroll, and AR/AP.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
