Compensation : $75,000 - $92,000 annually

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL AND CORPORATE COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR :
Payroll Administration :
- Administer payroll transactions for multi locations (US and Canada) including salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and expat tax payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and obligations by maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Advise payroll clerks at various plant locations on payroll processes and issues.
- Collaborate with tax services to manage US tax obligations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies to ensure accurate payroll account balancing.
- Reconcile 401k and payroll accounts, coordinating with the Benefit Manager for 401k plan audits.
- Maintain and update payroll guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve payroll-related questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuing professional education to stay current in the field.
