Our client, a well established construction company, is seeking a payroll clerk to join the growing team!

This is a fully onsite position. Salary range 50k-60k based off experience.

Top Responsibilities : Payroll Clerk

  • Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for employees working in multiple states.
  • Process employee withholding tax changes, garnishments and tax levies.
  • Review payrolls to ensure compliance.
  • Provide great customer service to internal customers (employees)
  • Conduct union benefit reports for multiple unions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of payroll records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager

    • Experience Preferred : Payroll Clerk

  • 1 year of payroll experience
  • Associates Degree in Accounting Preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, driven and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suites (excel, word, and outlook)
  • Will need to work a few hours on a holiday weekend as needed
  • Willing to work some OT as needed.
