Responsibilities :

Process and administer all facets of multi-state weekly and biweekly payroll for 500 (and growing) using Paylocity.

Generate and develop management and payroll-related reports.

Process all mandatory and voluntary deductions including 401(k), flexible spending, garnishments etc.

Manage online time clock system.

Review and ensure the accuracy of timesheets.

Process prevailing wage reporting.

Provide customer service promptly to payroll inquiries from operating branches and employees.

Coordinate the setup of direct deposit.

Assist with processing certified payroll.

Research guidelines and regulations in operating states to ensure compliance.

Provide customer service promptly to payroll inquiries from operating branches and employees.

Implement and streamline processes.

Management of staff (Payroll Clerk).

Assist with audit requests as required.

Preferred Skills :

10-15 years of related experience.

Some college experience is preferred.

Strong systems experience - experience with system implementations is a huge plus.

Paylocity experience is preferred.

Experience with union and non-union payroll is required.

Attention to detail.

This role is full-time onsite in White Plains offering $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience.
