Plant Controller – Confidential Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations across two facilities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, cost accounting, and inventory controls.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and senior accountants.
• Support ERP system implementations and utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiency and achieve financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, FP&A, and ERP systems
• Collaborative and adaptable with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $130,000–$150,000, with a 15% bonus potential (up to 200% based on company performance).

Location: This role requires onsite presence at one of two Midwest locations, with flexibility for limited remote work during extreme circumstances.
