Job Title : Power BI Business Analyst Location : Fulton County, Ohio (Hybrid Work Environment within EST Time zone) Job Type : Full Time About Us : CFS is working with an amazing locally owned company who is passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business success. We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Power BI Business Analyst with DAX experience to join their innovative team. If you're excited about data and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you! Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
  • Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to perform complex calculations and data modeling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleaning data from various sources.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support their data needs.
  • Respond to questions and provide support throughout the company as needed.
  • Report directly to the CFO and support six locations .

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query .
  • Experience with SQL and data extraction tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
  • Open to recent graduates who can demonstrate solid examples of hands-on projects completed during their studies.
  • Company willing to teach financial analysis responsibilities .
  • Candidate needs to be very strong technically and excited to become a Power BI superuser, helping other departments with the technology.
  • Plus if the candidate is good at and enjoys market research .
