Compensation : $100,000 - $115,000 per year Bonus
PTO : 18 days starting!

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PRODUCT OWNER
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT Leaders, and end users to develop and maintain product roadmaps including new product releases
Serve as Project Lead to ensure alignment of features and functions within Dayforce to company goals
Manage and maintain the integrity of the HCM system, including data input, validation, reporting, and EDI file feeds
Deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and business objectives and strategic decision-making
Lead audits and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations
Support user adoption by providing training and communication on how to use the HCM system effectively
Manage deployments of HCM system updates and evaluate new features and enhancements
Collaborate with HR, Payroll & Benefit teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data
Lead the change management process and run impact analyses for proposed configuration changes
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all things Dayforce including the oversight of security
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRODUCT OWNER
HRIS administration, configuration, and reporting
Experience in software configuration, implementation, and change management operations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency with data tools
Proven experience with troubleshooting and software issue resolution techniques
Demonstrated ability to translate technology into business terms and influence outcomes with stakeholders
