Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join their team. This role is instrumental in identifying and hiring top-tier talent for exempt positions, including engineers, supply chain professionals, and planners. The Recruiter will take ownership of the hiring process once positions are approved, leveraging a proactive and strategic approach to attract the best candidates. This is an onsite position with no hybrid or remote options. Key Responsibilities for Recruiter :
- Exempt Recruiting : Manage the recruitment process for approximately 30-40 exempt positions, including engineers, supply chain, and planning roles, as well as 2 additional exempt positions. Handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Production Hiring Support : Collaborate with the team to assist with production hiring needs as required.
- Candidate Sourcing : Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment tools. Review resumes and identify top talent for open roles.
- Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate and participate in onsite interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
- Talent Events : Represent the company at talent events, fostering strong connections with potential candidates and industry professionals.
