Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information and compiling reports for the monthly financial package. You will create allocation journal entries for accurate cost accounting, review and prepare monthly financial statements for affiliated companies, and perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
You will also maintain accurate fixed asset records, prepare annual audit schedules, and provide ad-hoc financial support as a valuable internal resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial information and compile reports for the monthly financial package.
- Create allocation journal entries for accurate cost accounting.
- Review and prepare monthly financial statements for affiliated companies.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records.
- Prepare annual audit schedules and supporting external auditors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (experience with filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
