Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly consolidated bank reports, including borrowing base calculations and fixed charged coverage calculations.
- Develop weekly cash forecasting models and provide commentary on changes.
- Drive accounting process automation projects.
- Identify bottlenecks in the accounting department and create dashboards or new reports to improve efficiency.
- Analyze gross margin and other key metrics for monthly financial bridge reporting.
- Develop predictive financial metrics to inform business management decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with MBA/CPA a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
- Detailed understanding of GAAP fundamentals and financial statement construction.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Access, or similar tools.
