**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Insights Analyst to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, financial modeling, and business partnership. This role will assist with operational requirements, including preparing and analyzing overhead dashboards and performing product costing analysis.
This position requires strong competency in data analytics, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to provide insight and opportunities to deliver financial results across product lines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze past results and perform variance analysis to identify trends.
- Investigate operational and financial results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform monthly product costing variance analysis.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators by product category, establishing benchmarks and performance targets related to Sales, product costs, and Gross Margins.
- Perform monthly price volume mix analysis for key product categories.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give visibility to product-level performance.
- Educate collaborators across the company to improve understanding of performance metrics and dashboards.
- Owning databases and ensuring data integrity in all reporting tools and systems (AARO Corporate Reporting Tool, Planful Budget/Forecasting Tool, M3 ERP, QlikView).
- Assist in reporting metrics and results for the Region to corporate headquarters using consolidation software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or Business.
- Knowledge of business and financial principles.
- Experience working in Oracle/SAP/M3 (or other major ERP package).
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
