Responsibilities of the Shared Services Manager:
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash/treasury functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations.
- Ensure the completion and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Assist with external audits by preparing financial statements and necessary documentation.
- Review budget reports and support departments in the development of annual budgets.
- Manage the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to deliver valuable insights to leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experienced Preferred of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator :
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 10 Years AR & AP Experience
- 3 Years Supervisory Experience
- Strong Systems Experience
