Responsibilities
- Manage the approval, coding, and documentation of all payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in vendor invoices or accounts receivable.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments are made, and follow up on overdue accounts to prevent delays in cash flow.
- Prepare and deposit daily cash receipts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an AP/AR Specialist or similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience working with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
